Our Policy
Most of my Hand painted One of a kind items are antique, vintage or considered used thus showing normal ware, shabby, light imperfections due to age of items. I make sure they are in working condition and ready to be enjoy again. I provide detail descriptions and many pictures with close-ups to show my art work as well as the condition of the furniture. All sales are final.
All sales are Final unless your item arrives damaged
If an item is damaged or broken in shipping please contact me within 1 day of order arrival, I will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. keep all contents in the box as you received the item as the shipping company will come to inspect the damage. Once the claim is approved and settled, we will issue a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 14 days of claim settlement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
